Triple J Enterprises has acquired Stroll, Guam’s ride-hailing and mobility platform, further expanding the company's diverse portfolio.
"Our acquisition of Stroll is a significant milestone for Triple J," said Jeff Jones, president & chief operating officer of Triple J Enterprises. "Stroll aligns perfectly with our mission to improve the quality of life for our communities through innovative solutions. With our extensive resources and expertise in the automotive sector, we are confident in our ability to enhance Stroll's services and broaden its reach."
Triple J's portfolio includes auto dealerships, wholesale, real estate and dining and food services, among others.
The company described its acquisition of Stroll as a "strategic" move that will establish a new division under Triple J, doing business as Stroll.
Founded by Amit Sachdev, Stroll was developed in response to the island's mobility challenges, such as high taxi prices and non-existent public transport. Under Amit's leadership, Stroll has become a trusted name in the local transportation sector, offering efficient, affordable, and reliable mobility services.
The purchase took place today, marking the official handover.
Triple J said the newest addition to its portfolio underlined its "commitment to providing innovative transportation solutions."
"We commend Amit for his vision and dedication in building Stroll from the ground up. His entrepreneurial spirit and commitment to addressing the island's mobility needs have laid a strong foundation for future growth. Amit's decision to entrust Stroll to Triple J reflects his belief in our shared values and vision for the company's future," Jones said.
Sachdev said the transition to Triple J "is the right step for Stroll's continued growth and success. Their robust infrastructure, experience, and commitment to innovation make them the ideal owners to take Stroll forward. I am confident that under Triple J's stewardship, Stroll will reach new levels of service and impact."
