IT&E this week launched its refreshed brand identity and a new tagline, which the company said focuses on its commitment to "fostering meaningful relationships and enhancing the experiences of its customers and partners."
The updated brand identity includes refreshed visual elements, and a strategic emphasis on the tagline, Connections That Matter.
IT&E said the new tagline encapsulates its core mission: "to create, nurture, and celebrate connections that make a significant impact in the lives of individuals and in our community."
Dave Gibson, CEO of IT&E, said the company's rebranding is more than just cosmetics and slogan.
"It’s a reaffirmation of our dedication to building and sustaining connections to who and what matters the most, when it matters the most," Gibson said.
"Whether it's through our innovative products, customer service, or community initiatives, we are committed to making a positive difference. ‘Connections That Matter' is not just our tagline – it’s the foundation of our values and our promise to our customers," he added.
Key elements of the brand refresh:
- Updated visual identity: Revamped color palette, typography, and design elements provide a cohesive and contemporary look across all platforms and touchpoints.
- Enhanced customer experience: IT&E said it is introducing new features and improvements to its products and services to better meet the customers' needs.
