CNMI reports 25 new Covid cases

Saipan--Twenty-five additional individuals have been confirmed positive for COVID-19, bringing the CNMI total to 3,971 cases since March 26, 2020. The individuals have been isolated and are actively monitored.

Of the 25 cases identified on Jan. 16, three were identified via contact tracing, 12 via community testing and 10 via travel testing As of Jan. 17, there were 9 individuals hospitalized as a result of Covid-19: five are unvaccinated, four vaccinated; and one on a ventilator
